How to begin

You’re welcome to enquire directly, and referrals are also welcome from GPs and other health professionals. This practice is intended for adults managing life transitions, stress, anxiety, identity changes, and emotional exhaustion, often while still appearing to function well on the outside.

Who this is for

I work with adults (18+) who may be experiencing:

  • anxiety, overwhelming feelings, or persistent stress
  • low mood, grief, or emotional depletion
  • nervous system dysregulation and difficulty settling
  • adjustment to change (health shifts, relationship change, caregiving seasons, work transition)
  • perfectionism, high self-criticism, or burnout patterns
  • women’s wellbeing concerns across life stages (including perimenopause/menopause and midlife transitions)
  • Women’s mental health issues
  • Fertility, Pregnancy, Perinatal and Parenting

Support is collaborative and tailored, guided by evidence-informed practice and a steady, respectful pace.

Referral pathways

Self-referral
You can book or enquire without a referral.

GP or health professional referral
If you are a referrer, you can send a referral letter through our contact form To support continuity of care, referrals are most helpful when they include:

• presenting concerns and relevant history
• current medications and key medical considerations (if relevant)
• risk considerations (if applicable)
• Current supports and treatment goals

Please note we have two locations, North Melbourne & Bentleigh

Medicare and rebates

If you’d like to access Medicare rebates, you will need a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (and referral).
Rebates and eligibility are set by Medicare and can change over time. Your GP can advise you on what applies to you.

If you’re booking privately, a GP referral is not required.

What to expect after you enquire

1. Initial contact: you can fill in a contact form and leave your number to be contacted for a brief 10-minute call.
2. Work with me: you can book directly into the diary.
3. Fit and timing: if I’m not the best match for your needs, I will aim to suggest alternative pathways.
4. First session: we’ll clarify what brought you in, what you’ve tried, and what you’re hoping for and begin gently mapping a plan.
