Areas of Interest
The themes that tend to draw people to this space are not diagnoses, but life moments that invite reflection, recalibration, and care.
A place to regulate, restore & reconnect.
“People don’t usually arrive because something is “wrong.”
They arrive because something has shifted, internally, relationally, or physically and the old ways of coping no longer feel enough”.
The areas below reflect the kinds of life experiences and questions I most often support, particularly for women navigating transition, change, and meaning.
Life transitions and identity shifts
Moments when roles, priorities, or sense of self are changing; midlife health changes; relationship transitions; or reorientation after long periods of caregiving or striving.
Women’s emotional wellbeing
support for emotional load, self-criticism, depletion, and the quiet pressure many women carry while appearing capable on the outside.
Trauma-informed therapy
Working gently with the impacts of past experiences on the nervous system, emotional regulation, and sense of safety at a pace that respects your capacity.
Nervous system and stress patterns
Nervous system and stress patterns Understanding stress, overwhelm, and exhaustion through a body-aware, neuro-informed approach rather than relying on willpower or simply ‘coping better.”
Meaning, purpose & inner alignment
Exploring questions of purpose, values, and direction, especially when life seems successful on paper but feels out of sync internally.
Professional reflection and supervision
A reflective, relational space for psychologists seeking depth, clarity, and ethical confidence in their work.
How I work across these areas
While the themes above may look different on the surface, the work underneath them is shared. I work in a trauma-informed, neuro-informed way that pays close attention to the nervous system, emotional patterns, and the meaning people make of their experiences. Sessions are reflective rather than prescriptive, integrating psychological understanding with body awareness and gentle inquiry, so change unfolds through insight, safety, and alignment rather than pressure or quick fixes.
Some seasons call for insight. Others call for slowing down.
